About Me



I have worked in both public and private sector organisations. My career spans line management, administration and supporting children with special needs in an educational setting.


In 2017, I completed four years of TA Counselling and Psychotherapy training. During my training, I worked as a volunteer counsellor for young people and adults and gained experience in working with: Anxiety, Depression, Self Esteem issues, Self Harm, Suicidal issues, Relationship issues, Trauma, Loss and Bereavement.


I am a member of UKATA (UK Association of Transactional Analysis), EATA (European Association of Transactional Analysis) and NCS (National Counselling Society) and I abide by their code of ethics and professional practice.

All my work is supervised by a qualified supervisor and is done on a confidential basis.
